Project Overview
When a Dubai family renovated their private residence, they wanted three very different spaces — the bathrooms, the balcony and the kitchen — to read as one home. Instead of juggling a bathroom-furniture supplier, an outdoor-cabinet maker and a kitchen studio, they commissioned JATAII for a single one-stop program: every vanity, balcony unit and kitchen cabinet engineered, finished and packed under one roof.
All three zones were produced in one 24-day batch: moisture-proof bathroom vanities with LED mirrors, UV-stable balcony storage and laundry cabinetry, and a handleless kitchen program in PVDF wood-grain — every finish matched against one approved sample set, so the tones flow from the cooktop to the shower to the balcony rail.
The Challenge
Desert sun outside, air-conditioned dryness inside — the same cabinet program had to survive UV and heat on an open balcony, humidity cycles in the bathrooms, and daily kitchen wear, while keeping one consistent wood-grain tone across all three zones.
Our Solution
Zone-engineered bodies, one design language. Bathrooms received plywood vanities with aluminum-foil backs and anti-fog LED mirrors; the balcony program used aluminum-honeycomb panels in UV-stable PVDF for storage and laundry units; the kitchen ran handleless 18 mm plywood cabinetry with DTC soft-close hardware. Everything shipped zone-packed, labeled and installation-ready.
