Project Overview
Set in a high-rise residential quarter of Guangzhou, this private residence is a full-home custom cabinetry program delivered end-to-end by a single factory. Rather than coordinating three suppliers for three rooms, the owners briefed JATAII once: six bathroom vanities across the master suite and guest bathrooms, an L-shaped kitchen with a freestanding island, and a full-height walk-in wardrobe. Every unit was designed in the same 3D workspace, quoted as one package, and shipped in a single color-matched batch.
The brief carried two non-negotiables. The first was durability in South China's subtropical humidity — spring weather here can push indoor moisture to levels that swell ordinary MDF within a single season. JATAII answered with full-waterproof vanity bodies built on aluminum honeycomb panels and stainless steel cores, marine-grade plywood kitchen carcasses, and stainless-steel-lined upper cabinets that keep dry goods fresh straight through the wet season. The second was visual unity: the light wood grain introduced in the master bathroom reappears in the wardrobe fronts and open shelving, so the apartment reads as one continuous material story from entry to en-suite.
From approved drawings to container loading, the complete program ran on a 25–30 day manufacturing cycle with weekly photo updates at every stage — cutting, edge-banding, assembly and QC. Factory color matching across all nineteen units eliminated the tone drift that appears when bathroom, kitchen and wardrobe packages come from different suppliers. For importers and developers, this project shows exactly how JATAII consolidates a whole-home cabinetry scope into one order, one inspection and one shipment.
