Project Overview
The layout of this classic modern Danish residence perfectly blends Scandinavian restraint with warm, practical cabinetry. The minimalist kitchen pairs crisp white fronts with smoked oak accents, flowing into a built-in dining nook with bench seating that keeps the ground floor open and social. Upstairs, a mezzanine-level room makes full use of the pitched roofline, while the bathrooms carry the same smoked oak language through JATAII vanity cabinets — moisture-proof engineered bodies, soft-close storage and clean integrated basins that hold up to daily Scandinavian family life.
All vanity and cabinetry fronts were color-matched to the architect's smoked oak samples and delivered as a single coordinated program, so every room reads as one continuous material story from hallway to bathroom.
